This page is a legal contract between you (the customer) and Sabers Croatia (operated by Rivira d.o.o.), governing your use of our website and services. Please read this agreement carefully before using the site.
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our webshop, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All product images, product names, and descriptions are original creations or adapted under fair use. The “Sabers Croatia” brand and logo are the intellectual property of Rivira d.o.o. You may not use or reproduce any materials from this site without written permission.
3. Use of the Webshop
By using this website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.
- You will not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- You agree not to interfere with the site's functionality, security, or infrastructure.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate user access at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
4. Product Information & Liability
All lightsabers sold (unless stated otherwise - like kids category) are:
- Made of aircraft-grade aluminum and tested for durability.
- Battle-ready and built to withstand dueling use.
- Equipped with RGB or Xenopixel lighting, sound effects, motion-sensing technology, and USB-C charging.
We strive to keep product descriptions accurate. However, minor differences or technical errors may occur.
Sabers Croatia products are designed for safe dueling and cosplay, but must be used responsibly. We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or misuse of the products. Customers accept full responsibility for lawful and safe use.
5. Payment & Order Process
All payments are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal. Your financial details are not stored by us. Prices are in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed once payment is completed. You will receive a confirmation email with order and shipping details.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, stock errors, or technical issues on the website.
6. Shipping, Returns & Warranty
We ship across Croatia, all EU countries, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Serbia using DPD. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
6.1 Right of Withdrawal
Customers purchasing online within the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, except in cases where the goods are customized or made to the consumer’s specification. For full details, see our Returns & Refund Policy.
6.2 Warranty
Our sabers include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects or faults. If a product is defective, we will repair or replace it free of charge, subject to inspection.
If repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, the customer may request a price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
By using this site, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU GDPR regulations. We only collect data necessary to process your order, deliver products, and provide customer support.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Termination of Use
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website if you violate these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law. Any fraudulent or abusive activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rijeka, Croatia.
