Shipping provider:
All orders are shipped via FedEx with tracking included, straight from our manufacturer.
Shipping cost:
Shipping is added in cart, based on the total package weight, usually 28€ per saber.
Delivery time:
Once you order, you should receive Order confirmation and the Invoice in 2 separate emails. The order will be processed, and updated once there is a shipping number added.
Returns & Replacements
Our sabers are crafted to last, made from aerospace-grade aluminum and designed to be indestructible.
However, if you receive a damaged or faulty product, we’re here to help.
Return or replacement window:
We provide replacements within 1 year of purchase in case of defects or functional issues (like charging malfunction).
Return process:
Please contact us via email at orders@saberscroatia.com. We’ll provide a return form and instructions.
